Install:Some
decals WILL come in multiple pieces due to the size of the design. Decals
are shipped masked and ready for application and can be placed on any flat,
Non-porous, clean surface on interior items as well as exterior items. The
glossier the finish the better! Step
1: Clean the area according to paint
manufacturers’ instructions, and make sure wall is dry and free of dust. Wait
at least 72 hours if wall has been recently painted, the glossier the paint
finish the better. Step 2: Prepare the sticker for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee
or credit card across the transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may
have formed and makes the sticker cling to the transfer tape.(if your decal was
shipped in a tube you may need to lay it flat for 2-72 hours, this is not
necessary just helpful!). Step 3: Peel the paper backing
off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper
backing and repeat Step 2.Step
4: Slowly lower the sticker onto the surface and
rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. Step 5: Slowly peel the
transfer tape off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the
surface. If sticker pulls away from the surface repeat. Step 6: *Use a pin to poke any
air bubbles in the center and push the air out through the hole.*For best
results do not apply a sticker in extreme hot or cold temperatures
**If you have any questions please contact us.
*If Decal starts to pull away from wall, use a
low heat setting on a hair dryer to warm adhesive to make it a little stickier.
Do NOT hold hair dryer in one place, it can and will melt the vinyl.
